Wellness is very important to us at WALTZ 7. That's why it's especially important to us that you feel comfortable in your own skin and know how to take a breather now and then. Especially during Advent, we rush from one Christmas party to the next and find little peace and quiet.
Because December is supposed to be a time for reflection and giving, we want to give you a little something too. We've put together a relaxation ritual for you that will help you unwind in just a few minutes. This way, you can quickly recharge your batteries, even on particularly stressful days.


Step 1

Head massage


To truly relax, you should first clear your mind. This allows you to temporarily set aside all stressful thoughts and focus solely on yourself with a clear head. The first step is a head massage. Start at your temples and slowly massage backwards until you reach your neck.

Step 2

short meditation


Once you've finished your short head massage, stand up and take five deep breaths. As you inhale, stretch your arms upwards as high as possible. As you exhale, let your upper body fall gently downwards and bring your hands to the floor. This exercise is even more liberating if you breathe fresh air, so feel free to open a window or step outside for a moment!

Step 3

Jump in the shower!

Step 4

Smile!
