45 minutes of relaxation in the evening

If you've had a stressful day and just want to relax, then we have the perfect program for you. In just 45 minutes you can unwind and find peace again after an exciting day!

1. Preparation

When you get home, quickly put away anything that reminds you of work. That way you can fully concentrate on everything else. Consciously take time for yourself to de-stress – everything else can wait!

2. Relaxation tea

First, make yourself a cup of tea. To help you relax, we recommend lavender or peppermint. Enjoy your tea while you go through the next steps. 5 minutes

3. Beauty

Next, wash your face and then apply a mask. We recommend a moisturizing mask after a long day so your skin can recharge. Leave the mask on for about 15 minutes .

4. Relaxing in the shower

While the mask is working its magic, hop in the shower. Ideally, grab a relaxing shower bomb ; we recommend lavender, fir, Swiss pine, or rose. Take as much time as you need and enjoy the aromatherapy of the shower bombs. For extra relaxation, try the soft lavender shower jelly – feel how pleasantly soft it is on your skin. Afterward, rinse off your mask and move on to the next step. 10 minutes

5. Massage

After your shower, treat yourself to a self-massage with body oil. This type of massage moisturizes, relaxes you, and improves circulation. 10 minutes

6. Try a little relaxation!

Now put on warm, cozy clothes and don't forget your tea! Turn on some relaxing music and light (scented) candles to create a cozy atmosphere. 5 minutes

7. Meditation

To truly unwind and forget all the excitement and stress, we've come up with a short meditation. This way you can leave unpleasant thoughts behind and feel a little more refreshed within 15 minutes.

Meditation : Find a quiet place and sit in a chair. Remain upright with both feet on the ground – let's begin.

Close your eyes and try to think of something pleasant. Now, in your mind's eye, travel through your body and consciously feel your left foot planted on the ground. Now, move your mind to your right foot and feel how firmly it is anchored to the ground. Next, move your attention to your abdomen. Feel yourself breathing deeply in and out. Remain relaxed, yet alert and upright. Try to focus only on your body. Breathe in, count 1, breathe out, count 2… up to 10, then count backward to 1. Do this a total of 4 times, or longer, depending on how much relaxation you need. 15 minutes

8. Digital Detox

To end your evening stress-free, put your smartphone away – give yourself a break from all the messages. Read a good book or magazine instead.

9. Stress-free

Give yourself plenty of rest and time off. Enjoy your evening, you deserve it!
