Staying home is the order of the day right now! After the first week of working from home, all we want this weekend is one thing: to RELAX ! All the excitement of the last few days has left us a bit exhausted , and we're looking forward to relaxing and, above all, pampering ourselves – at home, of course #stayhome . To lift your spirits when everyone around you is feeling a bit subdued and tense, we've put together the perfect wellness day for you to enjoy at home . Because if there's one thing we at WALTZ7 know, it's how to truly enjoy wellness !
1. Love yourself!
Our wellness ritual is primarily about self-care . We want you to stay motivated and optimistic , and above all, recharge your batteries ! This way, you might even inspire others (please keep your distance) and spread good cheer !
2. Sleep in
Wellness naturally includes a little luxury . And what's more luxurious than sleeping in and waking up without an alarm clock? Today you're stress-free – keep reminding yourself of that! After getting up, open the window and breathe in the fresh air!
3. Stay-at-home brunch
What's essential for a wellness holiday? Good food ! Think about what your perfect breakfast would be today. Today, diets and restrictions don't matter – just treat yourself !
