Our tips against loneliness

We've been diligently following the #stayhome rule for quite some time now. Slowly but surely, the desire to meet up with family and friends again is growing stronger . We're here for you and hope you continue to persevere ! It's especially difficult for everyone spending this isolation alone. Even if loneliness can be hard to overcome at times, our tips will help you feel better even in lonely moments!

Physical distance, not social distance!

Maintaining social connections is especially important for everyone during this time! Talking to someone on the phone every day, or even better, video chatting, instantly lifts your spirits. Another idea would be to schedule a regular weekly virtual meeting. You can even enjoy meals together virtually. If feeling alone becomes too much, find someone you can confide in. Don't keep your worries to yourself ; share them with someone, because a problem shared is a problem halved !

Number 1: YOU

Take some time for yourself at least once a week! During this time, focus on yourself and your needs . Avoid all distractions and pamper yourself for a few hours. Whether you simply want to read a good book or indulge in your beauty routine, the most important thing is that you feel good and better afterward! If the silence at home is getting to you, our tip is: play your favorite playlist for as long as you can listen to it, and then simply move on to the next one! Music makes life more beautiful !

Giving makes you happy

Solidarity is key! Bringing joy to others brings you great happiness. Especially now, there are people who depend on help more than ever. Help others too – their joy will lift your spirits and give you a wonderful feeling. Helping others simply makes you happy !

Feel yourself
