Morning wellness chases away worries and cares! We don't always wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start the day with full energy . For those days, we've come up with a special wellness and feel-good program. Simply get up a few minutes earlier so you can spice up your morning routine with our program!
We at Waltz7 love wellness, but even we sometimes struggle to start the day in a good mood . That's why we want to share our little good-morning ritual with you, for those days when it's especially hard to get out of bed. In just a few steps, you'll become a true morning person – maybe even in the next few days!
1. Rise & Shine
To start the program, it's a good idea to set your alarm a little earlier so you have enough time to go through all the points without stress. This way you can benefit most from our ritual!
2. Good Morning Sunshine
After waking up, it's good to air out the room! Open the window, get some fresh air, and take three deep breaths in and out. 3 minutes

3. Tea Time
Next, we suggest boiling water to make tea . Once the water is boiling, we'll make our energizing good-morning tea. The tea consists of hot water with lemon juice and two slices of fresh ginger. It gives you energy and boosts your metabolism – so you start the day hydrated ! 5 minutes
4. Be happy!
To enjoy your tea to the fullest, simply put on some upbeat music (there are great playlists on Spotify). This way you can sip your lemon-ginger tea in peace and start your day in a good mood . 5 minutes 
5. Wake up, please
Next, we want to get your circulation going. To do this, stretch your arms as far as possible above your head and take a deep breath in. Then, bring your hands towards your toes as you exhale. Repeat this 5 times to get your circulation flowing. 3 minutes
6. Time for a shower!
We want to wake up properly, so we're taking an invigorating shower bomb with us. Our mint, eucalyptus, and lime-mint varieties are especially refreshing .
7. Wake-up call for the skin
The energy boost continues in the shower, this time through your skin with our shower coffee. Our coffee-chocolate mousse scrub is the perfect wake-up call for your skin ! It stimulates blood circulation, and the caffeine in the scrub gives you an extra energy kick . For those who really crave energy, we recommend a quick cold rinse before jumping out of the shower. 10 minutes
8. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate

9. Smile, please!
Once you've finished your beauty ritual , actively smile at yourself in the mirror. Even if it's difficult or sounds strange – we guarantee it will instantly put you in a good mood ! 2 minutes
